A: We try to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Still, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are several facets that you have to take into consideration – the very size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always try to carry out each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller websites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: Yup. We will need the name of the web site that you would like us to move. We’ll also need a way to log in to your current hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

After we have finished the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is change the NS resource records for your domain name. Your website will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: Nah. We will never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
